This store was EXCELLENT! The gentleman called to verify what I wanted, cooked it exactly as requested and Thanked Me for ordering. The chicken was nice, hot and the whole wings are huge! The only thing I wanted more of is just a preference for a little more seasoning, but of course that's preference. REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE/FRIENDLY!

This has to be the absolute biggest hormonal chicken I've ever seen. The wings and legs are the size of 3 normal sized pieces. My family and I didn't trust the chicken and decided not to eat it because some of them weren't fully cooked. I never received the soda or the biscuits that were included in the meal. Wouldn't dare order from here again.

Choose this place randomly. It's surprisingly delicious. I was worried due to so many other bad experiences elsewhere for fried chicken. This is my 2nd time ordering from here and everything has been delicious and so nicely package. 12 pc Bone-In OnlyMac & CheeseMashed Potatoes with GravyPotato Wedges

We ordered an 8 pc Bone-In Meal and didn't receive the biscuits. Also, bone-in to me means all pieces have a bone. We received 3 legs, 3 thighs and 2 chicken tenders (which were dry). The sides looked like they belonged in a kid's meal - the scoop of mac and cheese was mushy and gross, and the mashed potatoes came with a tablespoon of gravy. We most likely will not order again. At least the pie was good and they didn't forget it.

3 Pieces Bone-In Chicken Combo (Chester's Combos)
The Mac & cheese was delicious! 😋
3 piece chicken was a leg, a thigh and a breast sent, although I asked for all white meat. Overall, it tasted ok. But, not what I'd order if a had a strong desire for yummy chicken. It'll do on the fly.
The biscuit was cut in half & hard as stone. Completely inedible. Also, no honey was sent, despite the request.
Thus, not a good "meal."
