I received the Spicy Chicken Biscuit and the order appeared to be undone. It was very mushy and soggy. I've ordered the biscuit plenty of times and never received an order like this. I felt like I was bitting into uncooked meat. I would never order at this location again.

all of the nuggets in the kids meals were burnt and my kids did not eat it. they also tasted terrible.

I've bever received burnt fries from any Chick-fil-A restaurant until now. Its not that they accidentally burned, its the fact that it was serves and sent out. Every single fry tasted burnt.

This restaurant never adds the requested or the correct dressings and sauces even when they are literally printed on the receipt. They don't care.
