my bag was soggy. It was ripped through the bottom. My fries are soggy and very cold. My Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe Meal and my chicken Chick-fil-A® Sandwich Meal are both burnt I am missing my fruit cup. I don't even have a fruit cup. This is unacceptable. I want a full refund.  not to mention, we both asked for light ice. Mine didn't even have ice in it and the other one had so much ice. The drink was watered down when he took the first sip.
