The sandwich was wrapped in lettuce and was absolutely flavorful and delicious! Definitely would buy it like that again! Lemonade was on point.

We love Chuck-fil-A. The customer service is the best that we have ever experienced, when visiting other fast food restaurants. The food is always fresh,hot/cold, the desserts are so tasty, and the drinks are always fresh, cold, and the sodas are well carbonated too. Well done to you all excluding the drivers. And one more thing...your safety measures with both in store and delivery are excellent.

To whom this may concern,
I spoke with the manager Chasity and voiced my complaints about the order that I previously ordered. The fries were hard, and the sandwiches were old and incomplete, and it is my understanding that the managers are supposed to be checking the food before it goes out to the customers, and if the manager wouldn't eat old hard food, then it shouldn't be sent out not freshly cooked. I am a regular customer, and this is the worst it has been. For this order, my rating is a 1 out of 5 stars. Thank you, from myself and my mother.

I can always rely on the consistency of the quality of what I order at Chick-fil-A. Their Spicy Chicken Sandwich & Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich did not let me down. I knew what to expect, just the way I like it. I get deliveries & the sandwiches hold well & arrive nice & warm. I like the Freshly-Brewed Iced Tea Unsweetened it taste as it says 'Freshly Brewed'.
