I placed this lunch order for myself and my coworker & after not receiving our first large mac, we ordered another one; Along with our new mac, they also sent another one plus two cookies, with a note (pictured) that really warmed my heart. I was happy with the resolution of just re-ordering the mac, but I am so elated with this outcome. Chick Fil A was has NEVER disappointed me with their customer service, and this time is definitely no exception. No other restaurant, I feel like, would REMEMBER me/my order and take time out of their busy day to hand write a note apologizing.
At this point, I genuinely don't believe there's anything that could happen that Chick Fil A wouldn't reconcile and continue to be so professional and kind.

Sandwichwas good but the container of Mac and chelse was halffull! For what you pay this is ridiculous.

food came prepared well and fresh. they still charge you .29 cents for a bun on a sandwich that should have one on it for free.

Wasn't able to drink the Frosted Lemonade. The driver had so much cologne the odor permeated the cup and STUNK! Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Minis® and Chocolate Fudge Brownie were delicious.
