• 11/4/26Very disappointed in the berry parfait which I've had in the past. Lass yogurt and only a few strawberries. No other berries. And the granola was stale. Shocked. Are we reducing portions now and lessening the fruit? Always has been a great choice. Unfortunately not at present.

• 5/6/25Worst chic fil a experience and my first time door dashing from them. My nuggets were mostly the burnt bits only a few actual sized nuggets. The soda was mostly ice and my fries were literally half empty. I counted 7, yes seven fries in my large. So pissed.

• 2/10/25This has happened before, so this time I'm posting-apparently no quality control for door dash orders my chicken sandwich and nuggets are extremely overcooked! Cant believe you send this out!
