I ordered the grilled chicken club with lettuce wrap, it's usually absolutely amazing, today it was trash. They barely put lettuce on it. Absolute mess.

Drink was not filled to the top with a dirty lid on it, top Not Sealed. Cobb Salad was not fully sealed, lid/top broken. Food took over an hour to prepare & wasn't prepared correctly.

Just got to Miami for the first time. No car here to so decided to DoorDash but my salad got here and didn't have the dressing I ordered so I had to eat it dry. Sodas also tasted like there was no syrup. I'm not usually one to complain but nobody wants to pay 50$ for chikfila and then have to eat a dry salad.

I order a 8 price nugget meal and I didn't get my fries but I don't qualify for a refund this is weird I spent 16 bucks on this
