the biscuit was fine. DO NOT order the hashbrown bowl, that is a damn kid's meal for almost 12 dollars. barely any egg, like 4 nuggets and a FEW soggy hashbrowns. it's a hashbrown bowl, why is there an equal SMALL ratio of egg and hashbrown. not to mention a pinch of cheese to top everything off, it was in a decent sized bowl and it is genuinely a portion you give a to 6yr old. don't order it

0 Star Highly Disappointed in Food Quality and Management
I am extremely disappointed with my recent Chick-fil-A experience. I spent nearly $20 ordering a Cobb salad through DoorDash, only to receive a salad containing lettuce that appeared wilted, discolored, and far from fresh. The pictures speak for themselves.
What made this experience even worse was the lack of empathy and concern from management. I contacted the restaurant directly and spoke with a manager who was fully aware that my order had been placed through DoorDash. her response ultimately came across as dismissive, essentially directing me to take the issue up with DoorDash.
My concern wasn't with the delivery service. My concern was with the quality of the food that was prepared and served by Chick-fil-A.
I understand that refunds for third-party orders may need to be handled through DoorDash. However, that does not excuse the lack of empathy, accountability, or professionalism
excellent meal, the Frosted coffee could have had a little more coffee in it.
