• 28/5/22I don't want rag too hard. Chicken salad chick to me has that southern standard like Chick-fil-A. But not today...The food was alright, the Kickin chicken was sub par. Everything else tasted fine. Besides that, my biggest complaint is the small portion size. Both large containers were half full. ( Not a dasher issue ) But I paid for a Large full container of chicken salad. Maybe next time it will be five stars like normal. I know the world sucks lately but integrity saids more. I don't want a refund or a coupon. I just want consistent quality.

• 18/4/23My mom and I shared everything because they have good proportions.  We got The Chick with a croissant with fancy nancy salad which was good and a for the buffalo chicken salad and grape salad as a side. The grape side was amazing. I also ordered the Pumpkin Cheesecake Slice but didnt receive it which was disappointing but they did replace it with another Key Lime Pie Slice which was good and tangy.

• 15/5/25I am obsessed with Chicken Salad Chick. I ordered on Monday and today is Thursday and I ordered, again. There have been weeks where I may or may not have eaten something from Chicken Salad Chick five out of six days. Earlier this week, I was slightly disappointed with the Old Olivia and completely disappointed with the broccoli salad (no dressing on it). Today-the pasta salad is not a salad. It is seasoned noodles all gummed up together. Icky. The Fancy Nancy lacked mayonnaise and contained exactly one grape. I know this because it was not cut up and was the only grape present. I do not know what has happened at this location from last week to this week, but...someone needs to figure out the weak link and repair it or replace it. Until today, I have always given this store five stars.

• 3/1/24Pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. I took off a star just because ive ordered 3-4 times and it takes them a long time to fulfill the order. But the food is good. That sugar cookie they give is fire!

• 3/10/25They said that this order was enough for two or three people. This isn't enough for two or three people. It's barely enough for one person.
