Ordered grape salad no nuts bc im allergic and they covered it in nuts... th receipt says plain as day ONLY SUGAR

The tomatoe and lettuce must have been put on after the sandwich was made because it wasn't cut. It was still whole slices and when I tried to pick it up to eat it it fell apart.
