the food was good, and I rarely like to leave less than 5 stars. however, the chicken portions for the Crispy Chicken Crispers® Combo were incredibly small. taste was great, delivered very fast. But very small portions. Mini Chocolate Molten was great.

Cajun Pasta was pretty tasty and tasted fresh, and had a nice Cajun kick. It was a good size, however, I didn't like my garlic toast burnt. Sausage & Chicken Cajun Pasta was tasty, with a good Cajun kick. The Sausage & Chicken Cajun Pasta definitely didn't look anything like it's picture post on your menu page. It was delicious! But once again the garlic toast was burnt to a crisp.

Tenders were crispy and separated in foil so  the sauce wouldn't get on the other food mozzarella sticks were still hot, gooey and crispy

It's either really good...handled with care....or it's just really bad and thrown together like whoever put it together hates us lol. I have rated this location a few times in the past 5 stars though. We do not order out often but chilis is a go to when we do. Once every few months or once a month with a few months break. Took a 5 month break and ordered twice the past month and a half. Our last order was pretty cruddy too up until the last time I ordered never had a issue. Everything was always consistent tasty and a good experience. My last two orders have been pretty cruddy. Prices increased a lot as well. Today i tried the Santa Fe Salad and it was not good. 1/2 the lettuce was old. Chicken was a bit rubbery. Dressing was tasteless. I tossed it after a few bites it was Not for me I will have to stick to the avacado sirloin but that's a hit or miss on whether it's good or not too. The chicken crispers have been so crunchy like hard to eat crunchy the last two times we got them but the children still will eat them not worth 18$ now but hey I guess that's how everything is today pay more for less quality and portions. I had two orders of chicken crispers one had a sauce spilled on the whole dish....the other hard as a rock and broccoli was brown/not fresh. The Santa Fe salad was junk and the mozzerella log things over fried. I don't know maybe I am just ordering on off days but I would have rathered to spend 40$ at McDonald's for double the amount of food... than 120$ at chilis that became a waste that's for sure

First time I've ever had Chili's. I ordered the Ultimate Smokehouse Combo and the BBQ Brisket Burger*. The Ultimate Smokehouse Combo was a complete scam. For 25 bucks, you get 4 small chicken tenders, a small handful of fries, and the world's smallest Quesadilla. Im not delusional, Im not expecting crazy portions, but this was pathetic. The tenders were very obviously not fresh. The coleslaw was the driest coleslaw I've ever had. It was essentially just warm lettuce in a Styrofoam cup. 0 dressing. Threw it out after one bite, it was that dry. The BBQ Brisket Burger* was good. My family has ordered that before and they enjoyed it this time, and the last time. So there's that. Won't be ordering Chili's again.
