Classic Ribeye* was a great portion with loaded mash potatoes and asparagus. The steak was cooked well and seasoned well. I really liked the garlic butter they added on top of the steak. The potatoes were a good choice, but the asparagus was very crunchy, and the ends were very hard and not appetizing.

worst ribs in the history of ribs. they were overcooked and dry. they were tiny and had very little meat on them. definitely not worth $22+. and the Mac n cheese was lukewarm, at best. the mashed potatoes were delicious. this is unusual for Chili's, I've always liked the ribs in the past so I'm hoping this was just a bad night.

Very disappointed in the food quality this time. Burgers were over cooked, the $8.29 queso was a small cup vs a large cup like last time. Chips were stale.

Chilis used to be our late go-to place. Not anymore. If we order again, it won't be so close to the deadline. It seems they're more focused on cutting corners to get out of there, than making sure our family's dinner was correct and to corporate standards.
Burgers with no cheese. The Crispy Chicken Sandwich patty & bun was small like a kids meal. Just bun & pickles?
We paid over $50 for 2 burgers and a chicken sandwich to be delivered. It's perfectly reasonable to expect a company like Chili's to have this figured out by now, and be able back up the high prices with high quality standards. That's why we order from places like Chili's and pay more, instead of saving money and using drive thru fast food chains.
If you're going to charge people $16 for a chicken sandwich, it's probably a good idea to treat people right from opening bell until they close.
