• 3/8/23Been ordering from here forever. When I request food to be spicy it's actually spicy and tasty. Their steamed dumplings are always perfect. When I am feeling under the weather and can't cook I can always count on China 1 to make the greatest wonton soup or egg drop soup.

• 16/8/26I got 75. Mongolian Beef. The sauce was watery and there was probably an entire onion in the dish. The other vegetables and meat barely existed. The crab 9. Crab Rangoon (8 Pcs.) were ok, except they only put 2 sweet and sour packets in for an order of 8 pieces.

• 28/9/25The pork egg roll was cold like it was taken out of the refrigerator and put in the fryer for 30 seconds and it wasn't crispy.
The LoMein had no flavor, no carrots or green onions like the picture shows it is a pale color but it did have a few pieces of cabbage in it. I had to add garlic powder, onion powder soy sauce and alot of black pepper to give some taste. It was a waste of $17.00 and this is my 2nd time trying because China 1rst prices have gone up. They have great flavor in everything. I guess you get what you paid for.

• 9/11/24I always test out a new (to me) Chinese restaurant by ordering Beef with Snowpeas and House Specual Fried Rice and Lo Mein. China 1 bats them all out of the park! I grew up with a Chinese restaurant that only had water chestnuts and snowpeas in a distinctive brown sauce with the beef; I'm okay with carrots, mushrooms and sliced bamboo as long as I get my water chestnuts. This one hits the mark.
