The taco was soggy. Not even a real taco. The burrito bowl probably had one small spoonful of sofritas and the guacamole was gray.

Quality gets worse and worse. My burrito was 1/2 the size it usually is. Chicken was burnt in both dishes.

I've never received chips from chipotle this empty before, i don't even have enough for my bowl and guac. waste of money.

Missing ingredients from order, burritos were poorly wrapped and exposed, bag wasn't sealed shut for driver. Also the kids fruit was the tiniest fruit I've ever seen actually funny.
