I wish they would have allowed customizations to the burrito ingredients so I could ask for "light" on certain things, cause there was wayyyy too much sour cream and rice and barely any meat.

I am reaching out regarding my recent order I ordered a burrito bowl, and I was very disappointed to find that it was less than half full. I have ordered this same item many times before, and the portion has never been this small.
In addition, no utensils were included with my order, which made the experience even more inconvenient and frustrating.
I usually enjoy Chipotle and have never had an issue like this, which is why I wanted to bring it to your attention. I hope you can address this situation and ensure it does not happen again.

Burrito was not closed so when I opened the foil most of it was squished out. Also every single time i get order to go it's half the size of when you order it there...

I love chipotle and I always get a barbacoa bowl. This is the second time they've put literally like two tiny pieces of meat. I won't be ordering to go anymore from this lication

I ended up tossing my steak burrito bowl since the steak tasted old or like it had gone bad. Total bummer considering I had to pay $19 for it to be DoorDashed
