We ordered a Large Chips & Large Guacamole — the handful of chips we received were stale, and the small thing of guac was browning and old. The Burrito Bowl with sofritas was overly salty and inedible. Overall extremely disappointing.

Birkdale is The Worst Chipotle EVER.
Takes an hour to get it to my driver for under cooked, crunchy rice, undercooked black beans and only 8 pieces of chicken in my bowl. The guac and cheese are fine. The salsa ? Wouldn't know because they forgot to add it.
Ordered 3 times over 3 months.
No more chances...

Quesadilla was dry, flaking, and did not have a lot of meat. I paid $6 for queso (not a side) and got a tiny sala cup that was only half full. Very disappointing

Burrito bowl portion and freshness was great; carne asada is back and is flavorful and tender. The chips that came with the free chips and queso were very stale. I understand why they were free.

Ordered a chicken bowl and somehow got a scavenger hunt instead — maybe three pieces of chicken total and filled with rice and lettuce in the bowl. For the price, this was honestly disappointing. The rice and toppings were fine, but the portion size of chicken was way smaller than usual. Definitely not worth it this time.
