I got a burrito and the first half I ate was completely rice then the next half was completely beans and meat. Additionally I paid $7.20 more for extra rice and received the same amount of meat as if I didnt pay extra

Ok it has been a long time since I had the good ol chipotle...and this was it. The rice was cooked perfectly, amounts of things were even and spread out...thank you!

Quality was absolutely un edible. Not all my ingridients were there and rice tasted like moosh. Only rice lettuce an beans for 24$ terrible.

Food ice cold. Literally FOUR pieces of chicken in my bowl, no corn like I asked for and rice is hard. Disgusting.

Staff kept telling me my order wasn’t ready, even though my bag was sitting there the whole time. She kept checking it but was just quickly scanning instead of actually reading the name, and since it wasn’t clearly printed, she missed it. By the time I got home, the food needed reheating because of the wait.
