First time ordering online, the burrito bowl was just rice beans and meat no sour cream no guac as mentioned in the advertisement small container of queso for three dollars and whatever since it was very small container very small zero coat was ordered stuffed in the bag on top of the burrito. Very very poor packaging.

This Chipotle has completely turned it around. I used to go to the one off 80 before they had a fire to avoid coming here. However, the last few times I've ordered DELIVERY it was RIGHT every single time and the portions were extremely generous. You read that right. Unheard of. They understood the assignment.

My Keto Salad Bowl was barely half food and looked pretty sad. Leaking everywhere because the top wasn't secure either.

Usually they give me a whole Burrito for the same price but this time they decided to give me a half a Burrito

$13 for a bowl of rice and beans? There was hardly any chicken in the bowl. Prob less than 1 tablespoon if at all. This is not the firsttime we get skimped on the protein. Please serve a proper amount of protein for these bowls, they arent cheap.
