The meat (steak and chicken) is heavily seasoned with cayenne pepper. Which means our food is extremely spicy. It cannot be the sour cream, shredded cheese, like cilantro sauce or brown rice. We weren't expecting this at all. I'm disappointed.

The portion sizes of the entree items were very little. We barely had enough for 4 people as it pertains to the rice and thats everyone wanted. The ratio of servings was scarce and inconsistent. We would've been better off ordering individual bowls size and probably would've been cheaper too. We were extremely disappointed. Some items we did have a lot of like the beans, but we don't plan to eat only beans now. Have we had enough rice to go with the beans that would've been a different story.

Recently placed an order for burrito bowl with carne asada. They only put 4 pieces of steak on my bowl and I paid extra.

The food was scarce for the money I spent.. the food was cold and peppers and onions were not cooked all the way. It's one of the worst experiences I have had with this food.

They spent 2 and a half hours making my burrito and it was small but I was delicious with the steak flavor and the pico
