Never EVER have I ever, in all of Chipotledom, been more disappointed with my order. I have lived all over the great state of TX & every chipotle's burritos & bowls have always been made with an actual well overall Hefty serving. Our bowls servings didnt even fill half of the bowl, if didnt know any better, would say, either someone ate it before it arrived or the evening crews sole desire was to handout scraps & close, to go home. W ordered brisket & chicken, and there was literally 2 little squares o chicken, a chuck of fat with bbq brisket sauce. We got veggie fajitas in our Bowles that didnt ask for and 4 very small, bottom of the barrel let lettuce leaves.. looked more like pieces of parsley. what happen Chipotle?! We know times are tough, but for $12 could've gotten some actual meat & head of lettuce, my goodness, not even utensils. I hope this is a 1 time incident, would hate to boycott Chipotle all together. I will say thank you to the 1 person who actually read the order & include my side of white rice. At least we got that right.

Ordered 4 bowls and 1 order of tacos. None of them had the fajita veggies as ordered on them. Ordered side of guac and chips and literally was 2 oz of guac for 6 dollars!!! Same with queso. Chips were hard /stale. Spent over $100 for all that. Disappointed.

I paid for extra steak and only got a few pieces of steak meat. This store sucks at giving what you paid for. I have gone in other chipotle's and my normal serving of steak was more than this. The taste is good but barely any meat even after paying for extra

Hubby has been ordering from this store consistently via door dash. Yesterday, he received a burrito bowl with mostly undercooked fajita veggies. Only traces of chicken and steak, no lettuce. Hubby sent photos to DoorDash and they only refunded $3 and change. He then went directly to the chipotle on 380 and they told him it was nothing they could do. Horrible customer service. You get the money then you're done. Lesson learned.

The food was horrible. There was a small amount of meat in my Three Tacos and the brisket One Taco I paid extra for. The little meat I received was blain and sloppy. I paid $38 including the $8 Dasher tip for food that too 90 minutes to receive, I'll be writing to corporate regarding the amount of meat in each taco, presentation, and the taste of the good. It literally tasted like a dirty dish rag.
