I have ordered from chipotle multiple times, hoping it would be better, but I am heavily disappointed every time. I got 3 different burrito bowls, and they all had incorrect ingredients. Two of the bowls were not even filled halfway, but had the same price as a typical sized bowl. Not to mention that the ingredients are poor quality. The "salsa" is just tomatoes, and the rice is undercooked. I strongly warn against ordering from this restaurant.

Chips were stale, the salsa gontainerwas half full with gerylittle ingredients orherthsn tomato chunks. The burrito tasted old. I ordered this before close. The burrito was packed with rice but very little other ingredients. Disappointed in the meal and presentation. I review restaurants honestly and give credit where credit due but this meal was awful.

Got large chips and guac and large chips with queso. One bag would have been fine for both dips, or make the dips bigger. The chips were a little old, kinda stale . The burrito bowls were great though.

The new brisket was pretty good! Reminds me of the el pasor chicken. Just wish my bowl had more cheese and sour cream, it barely had either

Guacamole was actually half of a unripe avocado. Meat very salty and subpar. Chipotle used to be a favorite but it has really gone down hill. The lack of caring is obvious.
