Ordered the chicken burrito. It was neatly folded, fresh, and hot. Good flavors. I will def be ordering again.

Upon receiving the Chips & Queso, I was quite disappointed. The chips were noticeably stale, and the cup of queso was disappointingly small. Furthermore, the queso had an unpleasant taste and an odd texture. Given the price, I expected a larger portion and a more enjoyable taste experience. Consequently, I will refrain from ordering their Chips & Queso Blanco in the future.

We were missing chicken from the order that we paid for as well as the cheese. It was a very, very small burrito and it tasted unseasoned and bland and the lettuce tasted old and brown and we're trying to get a refund, but we can't talk to anybody. We only get AI

When fast Mexican started to take off About 10 to 15 years ago, I considered Moe’s and Chipotle to be pretty similar in terms of quality. Looking back, maybe they were—or maybe I just didn’t have the perspective yet. As I got older, though, it became clear that Moe’s was more focused on offering lower prices and a wide range of options, rather than prioritizing overall quality.
Personally, it stopped sitting well with me—literally. Even Taco Bell doesn’t upset my stomach the way Moe’s tends to. While Moe’s may win in terms of variety, Chipotle consistently delivers better flavor and higher-quality ingredients, and for me, that’s what matters most.
