this is the best doordash chipotle i have EVER received. i was a bit hesitant to order just based on the other reviews. my bowl was FULL, warm, and flavorful. My dasher was excellent and extremely quick with delivery as well! I would most definitely order again!

The bowl was probably the best I've received from them - good portion of meat and veggies, and more than just a sprinkle of cheese. The chips and queso were DISGUSTING. The entire bag of chips was inedible. All the chips were soggy, and the queso was gritty and tasted spoiled. Took one bite and spit it out.

Usually pickups at this store are quick and easy, you just show the cashier the name for the order and you're out the door in a few minutes. Tonight I waited for a solid 45 minutes to receive just a simple burrito bowl consisting of 4 items. The cashier was very kind even when being met with several rude doordash drivers, however, the togo order staff was incredibly rude and also nasty to the cashiers simply asking if certain togos were ready. My burrito bowl was also maybe 1/3 full, barely any chicken or rice in it, and ice cold due to the long wait.

Although I enjoy Chipotle and the food there. You are so much better off going inside and ordering your food and watching them fill your bowl up comepletely. This is one of the many times I barely had anything in my bowl and it cost me like $18 for a bowl. This is sad. I dont know what it is with the people that make the online orders, but they need to do better and give their customers what they pay for. The managers need to make sure this is not happening. And the little amount of guacamole on my bowl is ridiculous. I dont even think there is Queso in my bowl either. I really hope they do better.

Chips & Queso Blanco $5.85
-- a little disappointed with having to pay an extra fee to receive a half filled queso cup.
Guacamole was not fresh , served brownish.
