The bowl was yummy, proper portions on the rice, beans, sour cream and the hot sauce. I ordered extra steak and I could tell there was some, however for $6 and change there should've been more in my opinion but other than that it was great in taste! The queso was an off color than it usually looks when I get it and when I tasted it it wasn't good so I threw it out. Overall, good start at the new location.

I had a bowl full of rice, amount of chic was just ok, as were the rest of the "toppings", except the lettuce... it had just a few scant pieces, almost like it was a garnish. The side of guacamole was brown and neither it, nor the queso were full. It tasted fine, except for all that rice! LoL I order the same thing, frequently and the food is never consistent and they're not sealing the bags closed. I like to know my food hasn't been tampered with while being delivered. Driver was quick!

Cheese looked like rubber and like it had been sitting for days. Chips were burnt and not may chips for a "large" order. Guacamole was missing from the order.

My burrito bowl was terrible. It was missing the fajita veggies which isn't that big of a deal. The big problem was that the rice was significantly undercooked and still crunchy, rendering the whole thing inedible.

Worst Chips & Queso Blanco ever. The queso itself is pretty good, but the chips are HORRIBLE. We've tried ordering them a few times, hoping it was a fluke and we just got a bad batch(es), but no. Consistently, the chips are a mixture of undercooked, stale, not salted at all, or way oversalted.
