Rice wasn't cooked. Ordered extra meat on one bowl and on the regular other bowl there was more meat than the extra meat bowl. There was little to no lettuce or cheese, the 2 things that cost the least.

You know every once in a while a chipotle really nails it.... this one did that.
The meat was moist and perfectly cooked, the rice was perfect. The chips were perfect, everything was perfect, my extra Tortilla on the Side were perfect My Burrito Bowl was perfect.

my food was cold, my chips are very stale, and my bag was not sealed. normally i am very pleased with this location however this time just wasn't it. major downgrade from what i am used to getting from here :(

i watched them drop my guacamole in the bag while on the phone with what seemed to have been a friend.

the chips were stale, they were chewy. and my burrito had really old veggies in it. I couldn't even eat it.
