Ordered the HIGH PROTEIN-HIGH FIBER BOWL . There was hardly any chicken on this,to call it high protein is very misleading. I would not order this and just build your own bowl. This was pre-configured with the items and I could not add or edit.

my bowl has two teaspoons of rice and they put a bunch of lettuce on the bowl to make it look more full very disappointed to have paid almost $20 for a empty bowl

Ordered a Burrito Bowl and was surprised to see only 60%-70% of the bowl filled. Majority of the one side of the bowl was completely empty to the bottom. Disappointed.

Employees are inconvenienced when you show up to retrieve an order that is clearly ready, sitting behind the counter and marked as ready for pick up in the app but consistently doesn't get placed on the pick up shelf to avoid such an inconvenience for both sides. This store consistently has issues with quality, convenience, and customer service for both pickup and in-store orders
