the wait to get my burrito was rediculous. i placed an order at 3:40 for pickup at 3:49, got to the restaurant at 3:50, and was not even acknowledged by the staff. after waiting about 20 minutes in the store i deciddd the drive-thru may be the faster option. i waited in the drive through for an additional 10 minutes. then when i received the burrito, it was so small! it looked like a taco bell taco! the ONLY reason i did not go back and have it remade is because 1. the wait and 2. because i had a coupon and the burrito was only $5. also, aparently i am not the only person who had this issue. there was about 6 other customers who were there waiting for their previously placed orders along with me. some we waiting even longer than i was. i would not reccomend this location.

Side of Guacamole an the Queso Blanco come same size container. feel its a rip off for the size of containers

They gave me chip and queso which I did not order. The chips were not fresh you can tell. My chicken bowl barely had anything in it literally. I will never order from this chipotle location again. Vey disappointed.

there was no chicken in my burrito at all it was more guacamole and sour cream in the burrito than rice and i disliked it but i appreciate it
