gave me the wrong rice, doesn't appear to have the double steak I paid almost 10 dollars for, and is basically half of the size of what I normally get when ordering in person. pretty disappointed

Didn't get what I ordered, I got a Quesadilla with sides of rice salsa sour cream and the corn salsa. I got a kid size quesadilla with meat on the side nothing to have with the quesadilla I ordered, when reporting the issue gave a $3 refund but everything not included is at least 1 and change or more. Don't know how they figured out refunds when there prices don't match what they give back.

Decent amount of fillings in my Burrito Bowl, nice and spicy with lots of red salsa. Just what I needed to clear my sinuses.

I really don't like to complain, but both the carnitas and the baraboca were incredibly burnt. The meat in the burrito was so hard and shrunken it lost all flavor and felt like a stale chip.
Understaffing is to be expected (especially since it's a new location) but my order was small and wasn't finished until an hour and fifteen minutes after the initial DELIVERY estimate.
