Overpriced for portion size! They could at least fill the burrito bowls the way they used to. Being half full is very disappointing. Order extra protein and do not get it! Tortilla chips are stale! A very big disappointment for a restaurant I used to love

Burrito bowls portion sad for the price I paid! Only half filled (that's being generous) with next to no meat, even in the one extra meat was ordered. Tortilla chips are stale, at least 3 days old sitting open on the counter stale. Very disappointed! Usually love Chipotle but this is the 2nd time with the same outcome. Time to move on and spend my money elsewhere. Not ordering again.

Chips are fresh for once so that's cool but the Burrito Bowl as usaual if ya order is half them when in store but that's the "convenience"

Chips were so stale they were chewy. Chicken had more gristle than edible meat. Ive never been to such a crappy location.

The bowl ordered was fine. The chips were slightly stale and soft, not crunch. The guacamole wasn't even completely mashed.
