The chips were not fresh. A lot were a bit stale. The queso was not piping hot. Please make sure chips are fresh and delicious for every single order. Please make sure to serve hot piping queso in an insulating container. There also should be more queso for the price. Please make these positive changes. Thanks!

Ordered the chips twice and both times the chips are stale ??? Bowls are filled with rice and little chicken. This place always disappoints

Portion sizes are getting smaller at this Chipotle location. Cava gives bigger portions for the buck so next time will order Cava instead!

not impressed Burrito was cold this time around missing a few toppings in my Burrito the onions and peppers weren't cooked all the way they were crunchy and this was the 2nd order I had to put in with them because they gave me the wrong order that's a first for this location usually this location is on point

Portion is extremely small compared to in store. Makes me no longer want to order again unless i am physically in the store to watch. Orders are always small whether it's a bowl or burrito ordered online.
