I’ve ordered from this Chipotle location in Columbia, Maryland three times now, and unfortunately, they just can’t seem to get my taco order right. This time, I specifically asked for crispy tacos, but once again, I received soft tacos instead. What’s more frustrating is that I only ordered a single taco, and they still couldn’t get it right. The food quality itself is great, as always—fresh and flavorful—but they really need to improve on following directions. It’s disappointing to repeatedly have the same issue, especially with such a simple request. I hope they can fix this for future orders.

Chips & Queso Blanco I got 2 large bags of chips both were stale&old w/no hint of lime or any flavor whatsoever. The queso blanco dip for my chip was chunky(the cheese itself)&it had a bad taste to it. I tossed it afraid of getting sick from it. My side of chicken was mostly all burnt dry piece with just a few chunks of chicken. The portions were a good size though.

First time ordering dd from chipotle, I was worried because I've heard that they skimp on ingredients on delivery orders. They def didn't skimp out on anything. It's a heavy Burrito Bowl

My bowl was filled to the top, please tell the staff to always fill bowls to the top well worth the money

burrito was so tasty so good and so bih....and I really love the drive-through feature this is awesome!!!
