Like others have said, this location is not good. The majority of the meat is fat or grisly. Ordering and paying for double meat is a waste - there's hardly one portion of meat, let alone double. Every time we've ordered a chicken burrito, they use spicy chicken, which isn't even an option on the app. Guac the last three times has been brown and old.

So I went to the Chipotle in Gretna and I don't know who prepared my order but the sour cream was all on one side, there was too much rice and barely any chicken or black beans. Mind you I asked for extra chicken in my Burrito Bowl and I feel like I payed extra for nothing. And the chicken pieces I did get in the Burrito Bowl were too big and chunky, not diced and cut into small pieces like they usually are in my previous orders. I got like 3 chewy pieces, and I had never gotten some like that before. I also ordered two bags of Chips and one bag had them so hard and soggy, they were difficult to eat. The first time I got a Chips bag like that I let it slide, thinking it was maybe just a one time thing. It's not. I feel like I was given the oldest and hardest Chips in my order. I left super disappointed and like I wasted my money. I won't be ordering anything again for a long time.

Burrito was not what I ordered, had sour cream. Too spicy, not like it's been before. I don't even eat it.
Burrito bowl was missing pico.

This location lacks the same quality standards as other locations. Orders are frequently messed up and the employees need more training on preparing the food and rolling burritos
