I admit I was skeptical based on all the bad reviews but this location definitely got a call from corporate and got their act together. My bowl arrived just the way it would have been assembled if I was in person. Fair portions with a good ratio of rice. The meat portion, believe it or not was 10/10, which to me is getting a piece in every bite. They probably turned things around after they kept eating it after all the credits DoorDash had to issue.
The Side of Red Chimichurri is pretty spicy and herb heavy. You def just want to add the oil or you'll be chewing dried herbs.

This 400 Howard St. Chipotle store is a good one. Nicer staff and more accurate orders than other nearby Chips. My bowl was tasty and chips too!

Meat was nasty and full of salt. There was too much fat on the meat. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have ordered thru the app for this company. I'm TRULY disappointed and disgusted with the food. I see its better to go in person to watch my food being made. The food tray is NEVER full its really disrespectful how little it was inside when I took the top off. Whoever reads this maybe management your staff need better respect for people ordering through your app. I really like Chipotle and the TV ads. But if this is how your company rolls I'm going to stop ordering from your company. I will also tell my friends and family not to patronize your business. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The meal is substandard. Asked for Chicken bowl but there is hardly any chicken. The meal prep displays they are least bothered about the end user who is consuming the meal. This is not the first instance, i am seeing this happening more frequently.

Salad was extremely watery and the entire bag was soaked when I was finally able to start eating. Carnitas was tender
