We ordered two burrito bowls .
We would like a refund for at least one of them, we cannot eat, the chicken is completely charred and burned. The steak was super tough. I paid extra for extra meat on both.

The chips were stale and the portion of food was so not what I expected. More lettuce than rice in the bowl with a very little amount of chicken.

Ordered a large queso and large chips $10+ and received not even a 1/4 bag full of Chips. They were stale too. Queso was fine but they gave us basically no chips.

I've never had an issue with this store until today the Burrito was tiny it was about half the size of a burrito I normally get from chipotle

I'm a little disappointed in the amount of food for the price. My bowl wasn't even half full. Seems like every time I order something through Door dash, the portion size is about half of what you get in the restaurant
