• 2/4/23Always fast and fantastic service. Food is always consistent in portion size and quality. Rice bowls actually have the appropriate amount of rice. Fantastic. Galleria location, which is closest to me, is horrible so I wait until it is closed so I can get the Kendall Sq. location. Well worth it! Great for delivery and even pick-up.

• 10/10/25I received more sour cream and chicken. The proportions and ratios are completely off. It was hard to eat with so much sour cream.

• 11/6/23When I ordered the quoted time was 30. It them updated to 60+ mins while I waited. After the food finally arrived, it was missing the chips part of the order and then I opened my burrito bowl which was barely closed. The guacamole was all brown and barely any rice, steak and corn. I swore I also ordered this with my usual order of black beans and cheese BUT was not in my order. The whole meal was so meager and a huge disappointment.

• 6/5/26My bowl was half full. There was lettuce which I didn't order. The chips were all crushed. Usually this shop gives a decent size bowl but it was the worst one I've ever had.

• 18/4/26This has got to be the worst chipotle location to ever exist. Want a rice bowl? You'll get no rice. Want bowl with, idk, a some chicken? You'll get none. Want to customize your bowl? Jokes on you. Opening this order to see a vacant bowl that I paid $16 for was comical. If you're trying to decide on lunch, let this be your sign to keep scrolling.
