every bite was so fresh and crisp and delicious! the chicken was perfect-i could tell that choice bits of chicken were selected and i really appreciated. cooked to perfection. rice and beans were not soggy at all, lettuce was crisp, proportions were generous and perfect!

I ordered online and went to pick up when it said it was ready. There was multiple customers who walked in and ordered and left be I got my online order. Chips were stale, barely any lettuce on my bowl.

Arrived in perfect condition, everything was great and fresh and to perfection! Thank you so much to this store's staff for taking the care and detail to make sure that the ppl who can't make it to the restaurant have a great dining experience

Chiptole always tastes good. The price is what gets me, tell me why it was $30 to have one Burrito delievered? Insanity. Needed my lunch before work however, never going to order it for delivery again. Guacamole wasn't fresh either.
