Took over 45 minutes because they had to cook more chicken, but my bowl only had 6 pieces of chicken in it, very disappointing to say the least. Pretty sure they just don't care about online orders. I'd recommend a different chipotle location

The food was cold I got half chicken half steak and it literally only had three pieces of tiny steak inside, the chips and cheese was nasty and cold"bottoms of the barrel. The store was dirty as well. I'm not sure if it's Bc it was around 6 i the evening but wouldn't eat there for a long while.

My bowl was not half of what it usually is. I could see the bottom of the bowl and I had 5 pieces of chicken in it. Terrible job and very disappointed. Additionally, chips were stale.

burrito bowl barely full. only a few pieces of meat . all that money on one bowl just to not get what you paid for but they will make sure to fill it up in person.

My food wasnt hot !!! And only had (5) pieces of chicken on it. $20 wasted !
