Not how it used to be --- needs more quantity of selected sauce (salsas, sour cream, etc.) Where's the kick and flavor I had grown to love?
More chicken is needed --- especially when extra chicken is already $4. I get that times are tough but just raise the price to $5 or $6 so you can stuff my burrito full how it should be.

the chicken was burnt and there wasn't much of the corn salsa. the overall temperature wasn't very hot either

I ordered a burrito bowl with steak, brown rice, pinto beans, and corn salsa. This is my usual order and it's always good. This time, not so much. The food was cold and the rice and pinto beans had zero flavor - no salt, no seasoning, nothing. Then the steak was tough and grislily. I ended up throwing everything in the garbage after a couple bites.

I've been ordering from this chipotle now for a few months since I moved to Gilbert and unfortunately they have just decided to stop including the guacamole that I add to the order and pay for...this is the second time in a row so I'm not happy with their service and their level of consistency, especially with online orders and orders through places like DoorDash
