This Chipotle (New Albany) is awful. There always seems to be an issue. My Burrito this visit was not even 6 inches long, and barely 3 inches tall. At 11+ dollars, they're giving you half of what you get at other locations. Chicken in taco kit was burnt, and they forgot my chocolate milk. Never again.

I ordered a steak taco
When I opened it there were 3 tiny pieces of meat and one very small dollop of sour cream
Basically it was a corn shell
When I asked for help I was credited $1.31 fir a taco I paid $5.80 for

Both Burrito Bowls were made with very little old meat and undercooked rice, and a ton of beans to make it seem like a normal weight. The Chips were undercooked and stale on top of only having about 10 chips in the bag. This has been a consistent issue when it comes to online orders. Bad food and inconsistent serving sizes for way to much money for food I dont finish.

Burrito had very little of everything....more tortilla than ever....little rice and chicken but a hefty price tag. Not impressed any longer

I paid $66.00 for 3 bowls and they each came with maybe 1/3 of the ingredients I ordered. This happened the last time I ordered there but I gave them a second chance. The delivery was on time but the food and portion size was NOT worth $66.00.
