Chips were burnt, rice had no flavor, very little chicken and they forgot my guacamole

The chips are burnt and tasteless. I thought ordering in the morning hours, I wouldve had better quality chips. Not able to enjoy them at all. I just feel with chipotle hightenimg their prices the quality would be monitored better!

The rice in my burrito was all very undercooked to the point of being hard. But thank goodness DoorDash reimbursed $5 of the 20 that it cost...

The portion size was much smaller than usual location. Burrito bowl container was only 1/3 full but food tasted great.
