My rice wasn't cooked properly, had many hard pieces in it, they put way too much sour cream, didn't give me lettuce or enough meat like I asked. Also my burrito was not wrapped properly to where everything was falling out of it.

Chipotle is seriously still under providing what's paid for. Never had stale and fresh chips in the same bag, but there was about 10 chips, still had dip left over which never happens, it's always more chips to have with the bowl. The queso was fresh, the bowl was horrible. Paid for extra and still got less.

the taste was good but the rice was all hard and there was like barely any barbacoa in it. I still ate it but it didn't hit the spot like I hoped. it was wrapped well and everything though, not sloppy and still warm when delivered.

I spent a little over $20 on a Burrito Bowl extra everything including meat and most toppings, my girlfriend got a Burrito Bowl with nothing extra just chicken, rice, lettuce, and cheese. Our bowls were exactly the same amount of food. Still tasted good but not sure why they let me pay extra and add extra of it was just gonna be the same amount.

I normally like this Chipotle, but my last few experiences have been poor. My double chicken queso Burrito was 90% rice, barely had any chicken, and I'm pretty sure there wasn't any queso, but it was so dry it was hard to tell.
