• 5/5/25Just had another great delivery from Chipotle.. The Salad was loaded generously and the guacamole was fresh and green (not brown). The Kid's Build Your Own was also the perfect portion, and they heated the hard taco shells and wrapped them in foil. I'm always nervous getting Chipotle delivery but this location has been consistently great.

• 25/4/26This is the 3rd chance I've given this Chipotle (Sugarhouse). In person: the staff isn't pleasant and the helping size is small; online...the food is bland and dry. Today's order was so old and very dry. They did not include any of the salsas I asked for, and the rice was overcooked. Ugh

• 19/5/24Surprisingly pleased! I stopped getting Chipotle takeout or delivery a year or two ago because I was always disappointed in sloppy prep, brown guac, and skimpy/uneven seevings. But recently I started getting delivery from this location and my orders have been amazing! Fresh guacamole, generous fillings, neatly-prepared and packaged. I am so happy that I can get Chipotle again. The quality and value is back.

• 3/8/26I ordered Chipotle again today (to test it again) and it was excellent!
As I have stated previously, I have not (neither have many of my friends) had the best experience with chipotle over the years. I believe it comes down to experience, and pride of work. But, when they are on, I will always mention it.
This time, everything was perfectly made! I got the chicken burrito again, and yes, this time is was incredibly flavorful and delicious. Whoever made it, my hat is off to them, and hope other chipotle employees can learn, and should learn from their experience.
I believe Chipotle as a company should take the time to learn from moments like this and use it to their benefit and the employees benefit. Win win.Have an internal contest and challenge all employees to take pride in their work, by looking at the creation of each burrito as an art form. The way any highly respected sushi restaurants in Japan take pride in their creations. Why can't that be the same when creating a flavorful burrito?
It's not just slapping ingredients together, you're creating levels of flavor, and flavor profiles. It always comes down to technique!
Chipotle should see this as an opportunity to challenge all their employees to master the technique of creating the perfect burrito. This then creates competition among employees to do their best work, and have fun doing it.
Employees should be rewarded for their work towards this as well, and that reward should reflect Chipotles commitment to quality and excellence. As the reward should be of quality and excellence.
Sushi chefs take great pride in their work, taste, texture, flavor profiles, quality, and artistry. If Chipotle wants to grow better, it needs to start with those who create their food. Just some ideas to chew on.
For this meal in particular; Excellent job, excellent precision, excellent balance of flavor!
Great work!!

• 17/10/23We ordered 2 burritos and a bag of chips. The portion was incredibly tiny. Unacceptable portions for the price (11.25). I've had chipotle before (and ordered it and this is the smallest Burrito I've ever seen.
