The chips were very greasy and I could not eat them. The rice was not done and my grandson could not eat it. The same hard rice was used for my $17 Burrito Bowl and not enjoyable at all. I texted my driver to see which store the originated from but have not received an answer back yet

(Waste of money!) The burrito was smaller than a Taco Bell burrito. Meat was burnt and dry. (Old) also ordered extra meat and there was very little inside. Very little. No sauce and no extra cheese. All payed for but not given. Will NOT be back. Get it together Chipotle.

The lettuce tasted stale. The guacamole was darkened. There were small portion of it mixed with some kind of white sauce when I didn't want it. I am very surprised by the poor quality when this doesn't happen before at this location.

the mild tomato salsa was very hot, and paid $10 for extra brisket, but there was the same amount as if I had not paid extra.

I paid $5.20 for extra chicken and there's no way that I got extra. They also didn't pack silverware as requested and forgot my large chips. I've had issues the last 3 times ordering from them
