Uphappy with packaging. If the bag isn't big enough to place the bowl in without everything shifting to one side then it needs to be in a larger bag. The queso that was $6 is half full upon arrival. To spend $20+ on food and not have a fork to eat it with is unacceptable. Will not order from this location again

The order was cold when it arrived. I paid $32 for cold food. The two quesadillas barely had any cheese and there was a lot of excess quesadilla with no cheese at all on it. By the time I discarded all the extra dough, I barely had half a quesadilla that had cheese on it.

I got large guac and queso ($10 each) and they were tiny portions. They were also super bland and the chips were stale.

Horrible!! Whoever made my burrito needs to be fired immediately. I ordered my normal honey chipotle chicken & some idiot put 2 PIECES of chicken in the entire burrito. So thank you for rice lettuce & cheese but no chicken in a chicken burrito..... 0/5 stars.

This location is not consistent and the quality has gone down significantly. Be prepared to receive someone else's order, or have your order be completely wrong. Food quality is not up to par. My bowl came with the rice clumped together, overcooked, and not seasoned. The chicken was old and chewy. The chips weren't crispy, they were old, and over salted. Overall, not great at all.
