Burrito was absolutely tiny. Looked like they barely added anything in it. I paid 30 dollars for 2 Burritos and both of them combined were the size of one

I barely ever complain about chipotle. But I spent $30 on a steak burrito bowl with added/extra garlic steak. The garlic steak was HORRENDOUSLY overcooked and burnt. This used to be the best chipotle in the area but after this bowl I'm thinking my $30 is better spent elsewhere.

Portions were half the amount, hard to justify spending $13+ dollars but only getting $5 dollars worth of food. Also not being able to have special instructions is a huge inconvenience. Asked for culterly and napkin since it was an option, didnt get any. Barely any rice or cheese. Workers seem to be needed to be watched when making online food cause this only happens when I order online and not in person.

Very skimpy on the ingredients! Half the size of what a burrito bowl used to be. Beans were watery and I found I bone in the chicken

Once again, the Burrito Bowl was cold. The guacamole was brown, like it had been sitting out all day. I paid for extra chicken, and there was hardly any. This is the first time in many months I've given Chipotle another chance, and now I know why I stopped ordering from them. I'm very disappointed.
