I ordered a Steak Burrito Bowl with extra chicken and received hard (tough) steak, that is NOT medium-well as the "Quality statement", and commercials would suggest. It was also dry textured so I would say there was no Freshness. The portion size of the Burrito bowl is very small, with the toppings being half of the bowls size. I would Not be Door dashing this item again!

The only place I get my burrito bowls. I don't know where they found the heaven sent manager or staff they have at the Colerain location, but it's the ONLY location where my bowl is always full and actually gives me double protein.

The new sauce was so tasty! The portion was just right! I absolutely love the salad dressing! Everything was fresh and I absolutely will be ordering this again! Especially that new sauce! Hope they keep that on the menu!!

The rice in the burrito bowl wasn't fully cooked and the chicken was cold and not cut into chewable pieces. It also only had 5 pieces of lettuce on top. Very bad quality food

undercooked rice in my Burrito Bowl, barely any cheese, missing Chips & Fresh Tomato Salsa, beans added when I didn't ask for them, no ability to write instructions, poor quality all the way around. and this is 2 of the 3 times I've gotten it from this location. And no one seems to care. The driver was awesome and friendly though.
