I usually like Chipotle, but this bowl was not up to the normal standard. The rice was very dry and there were only a few pieces of steak in my bowl. Also almost no cheese.

Ever was amazing. The carne asadain the burrito was only in one small side of the burrito so I got full of eating beans and rice by the time I got the asada. The key to a perfect Burrito is even distribution. The Burrito was delicious over all.

I KNOW CHIPOTLE HAS SMALL PORTION SIZES ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO ONLINE ORDERS BUT THIS WAS A DISGRACE. I PAID 3.10$ FOR GUAC AND THEY PUT LIKE A TEASPOON OF THAT AND I HAD ALSO ASKED FOR DOUBLE CHICKEN BUT APPARENTLY THEIR DOUBLE CHICKEN IS THE EQUIVALENT OF HALF A PORTION. I HAVE NEVER REGRETTED PAYING FOR FOOD THIS MUCH IN MY LIFE. I WISH THEY WOULD TAKE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS INTO ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEY HAVE JUST BEEN KEEP MESSING UP CHIPOTLE EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR THE LAST TWO MONTHS. I HOPE THEY CHANGE THE MANAGEMENT AT WESTFIELD CENTURY CITY.

How is it acceptable to deliver a bowl with rotten guac. Absolutely careless from the Chipotle team.

The worst Burrito I have ever had. Tortilla was hard on the bottom, Not Fresh. tasted like it was made the day before. There was a weird flavor inside the burrito, like Acidic. Definitely not normal. I eat Chipotle often. Never have had something BAD or poor quality until yesterday. I am still in shock my $22(after delivery fee) Burrito sucked so bad.
