The Burrito Bowl portion was super small I could see the bottom of the bowl prior to taking my first bite and when I did eat it the taste of the lettuce was not fresh neither was the sour cream I wouldn't order at this location again

Got a large bag of chips. Chips weren't cooked all the way. Couldn't even chew them. Had to throw the whole bag away

They usually don't give much sour cream but this time they gave even LESS it was literally 3 tiny splatters and that's it. Make an option to get extra so we can at least get a normal amount please:

Used Door dash to order for pick up, pulled up to the drive thru where the door dash app said to go for pickup, the sign outside also says "digital orders here" just to be told by the drive thru person that unless it was ordered through the website you have to go inside. Just found the miscommunication annoying. Food was fine.
