• 25/12/25Our go to are the rice bowls. I prefer no rice and add all the veges. Fresh. Everytime. Filling and a great healthier alternative than other fast food.

• 24/9/25Haven't had chipotle in about a year, figured I would give them a try again, my double meat bowl was about a pound of rice (seriously a ton of rice) with some toppings sprinkled on top, I don't think I even got one full portion of meat. Remembered why I don't order chipotle. 20$ bowl of rice. The toppings that were on it were cold and crisp and seemingly very fresh.

• 20/2/25Usually I don't have anything bad to say but my rice was lit either raw or not fully cooked but it was super hard, and I had like 5 pieces of steak.

• 2/2/26The burrito bowl had a whole 5 pieces of chicken and the lettuce was old. I ordered sour cream and got none . Chipotle in cottonwood has gone from bad to worse. Also there was no cheese and very little pico. I am done ordering or eating with them here. A total disappointment!!!

• 6/9/26The white cilantro rice had a bunch of crunchy bits in it for starters. But the worst was that they were out of the salsas that I ordered on my burrito- which is really my favorite part; both for flavor and for texture. The burrito was dry and I had to go out and get some salsa at the store.
