My burrito was missing queso that costs extra, the guacamole wasn’t even guac, just a ton of giant slices of avocado with absolutely no seasoning, not even a punch of salt or pepper. Most of burrito was just huge avocado slices and rice, barely any beans, corn, or cheese. The staff here clearly do not care at all that their customers are paying $50 of their hard earned money for 2 burritos.

My bowl tasted good for the most part. The only problem was the steak was tough, which was a bummer because I paid extra to add it. Also, the chips didn't seem fresh and the queso was cold and lumpy.

Everything was sooo spicy!! Steak is inedible. Taste like beef jerky and the chips were stale :(
